 While their first concern is for their children, mothers and fathers also need to protected their own health and fitness. 4. Bring Your Own

Think twice about joining playgroups or actions where tired kids might be permitted to walk.

 

9. Don't smoking

Even better, exercise outside in the fresh air, away from dehydrating inside warming systems and recirculated, germy air. Eat healthy food with lots of natural vitamins, like vibrant fruit and veggies, whole grain and natural yogurt. Consume fluids; it eliminates out your system. Take care of yourself!
